Rajca - Yea I saw that. I dont if they ever got it running or if it was just a photo-op.

Fries - If the car came with a rear-view mirror from the factory it has to stay. I doubt many cops will know about it though. BTW, the white wheels on the black S are sick

alot of trucks never come with a mirror , but even if they did it be useless, cause a huge box/trailer is blocking it, and it just means less weight up high also

You misunderstood me. If a manufacturer doesnt install a mirror on a vehicle and then sells that vehicle, its fine (typically for delivery trucks and such). At least in NY, its illegal to remove a rear view mirror if the car came with one from the factory.

Inspection rules are if you do not have a rear view mirrow you must have both side mirrors........

Put your turbo on the CL, get drags in the front and then you can be done

You can always part out the D.

My old coworker is selling a 1984 Porsche 944...I might just pick that up for a track car.

I love the body style of the 944. My friends uncle has one that he was putting an LS6 into, but Im not sure where he is with that project.

Im leaning towards keeping the Civic and finishing it. Ive always loved the body style and I miss my old one alot

Its been my dream since 2005 to have a K20 Civic, and being so close to having it I cant see scraping it now.

No RWD in such a short wheelbase. It'll be uncontrollable for the power/weight of it. If anything, it'll be AWD but thats far off in the future.

There was a shop in Ohio that built a turbo'd D16 AWD hatch:

LOL, the intake is necessary, not even the 09 Mani can be made to fit this TB, the 09 is only 70mm wide thru the neck and does not have enough material to be opened up to 80mm. Anyway the 2nde gen intake flows much better than any of the newer intakes and can be ported and modified to flow even better.

does not really surprise me, much more "meat" there to trim/grind out, just gotta put in the work though (or pay)

the newer ones, are kinda like the plastics one, very sculptured, so little room for improvements

Already got a new set. Theyre going on on Friday. Ordered my tires tonight, should have them Wednesday. The 19s are nice, but too big for me, so I picked up a set of 18s.

From what I understand, its not really a "slap-on" affair

Im curious to see how Paul rigs up the IACV though.

many other cars have a seperate iacv from the throttle body, so just gotta run a couple of hoses to them, and you are set

I guess not though
