Aside from the one where this kid who thinks hes tough comes in and makes a thread bashing on everyone calling them losers and to get a life, and then a member researches him on google and figures out he is on numerous dating sights with embarrassing photos of him trying to pose for women and pathetic descriptions of himself, and posts all of this information on his thread. Then it is followed by Members and Mods making fun and talking Sh#t to him for 10+ Pages.

Ok, back on topic with the car (for now )

1) Two more parts came in yesturday and today. I should be able to get at least one thing done this weekend.

2) Im at 108,3xx miles already.

3) I have a bit of a dilemna. I like the CF hood. But I dont know if I like it enough to keep it. I have it listed for sale, and there is a member interested in it. I just cant make my mind up. Thoughts?

 

Dump the hood and put it towards boost, more powar Muwhahah.....

I dont know about boost. I want some solid tuning before i do it. And its still overkill for this chassis. The ground was alittle wet earlier today and I couldnt get traction in second if I just blipped the throttle. Its not as fun as it sounds when youre in traffic

 

boost ftmfw.ull get traction on the track at at higher mph.

u cant be putting down less then 170 in a type s thats healthy. just no way. tl-p put down more where ur at

 

like 5500 feet above sea level , and it was snowing outside too, but was breathing shop air though (so 65 degree air) slush-o-matic also
and was 207 SAE CORRECTED, so yes it is healthy


also a P only put down 180 with it having a correction facton of 1.23 or so, so even less

Theres not much up top because my intake and exhaust is strangling it. It still hauls ass though.

Ive got about 3700 miles on it.

I need to tear into the suspension tomorrow because Ive got some very odd knocking noises coming from the rear, and as of last night I have some wierd noises coming from the front end

 

what exhaust do you have?

and a nice 4" P2R intake should fix your other problem

it's the tb and manifold DC choking out his motor, not just the "intake"

but anyways civic, boost will fix that right up (to a point though)

BTW, all I have done to the exhaust right now is headers and CT mufflers. As for intake I have the CT Icebox. So I am definately strangling this motor.

make the chassis handle it.

 

Its too much money to make the chassis handle it, and at the end of that day its still FWD. Ive got 3 cars on my mind. Im thinking about selling my other project car and picking something up to throw some boost at.
