I have some used RV6 V1 PreCat Deletes for sale. I bought them used from a memeber on here for $225. I never put them on my car because they don't fit. The head flange is different. (I have a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe) All of the welds are in good shape. It comes with the defoulers and Honda oem gaskets.

I'm not sure how VA inspection is but here in MD if you dont have a CEL then you pass inspection. In VA if they visually inspect you may have to swap back to stock precats to inspect and then swap back. Not to much of a hassle IMO for 30whp.
