Window tint, is this normal?

I added 35% tint to my cars windows this week. So far I love in the day but at night, It seems like the rear window has a on odd glare now. It's kind of like a prism effect created by the rear window tint and the heating strips in the window. Any car behind me with the lights on makes a very large prism or glare or something odd.

Did this happen to anyone else, or did I get the worst tint job ever?

Both my tsx's were like that for the first few days. Once of the moisture dries out it should look fine.

Oh, that would be cool. I did not think of that.
Of course the guys that you pay money to install this stuff say nothing.

Thanks

i got my tint done last week as well. I noticed this prism effect when driving at night and looking back at cars in my rear view. I do think it's gotten less noticable over the last few days. It doesn't really bother me though.

I'm going to next week, I'm having the car compounded and waxed first. It really made the car feel new or high end.

The tint film has to mold to the rear window defroster lines. Exposing it to sunlight will help get the air bubbles out too.
