Tree sap ate through paint... cost to repaint trunk?

As my title states, tree sap was sitting on my car for a week (I unfortunately was out of town so couldn't do anything about it until I returned) and ate through a bunch of my paint. I tried getting it detailed but they were unable to remove the numerous brown spots on there. So my next choice is to have the trunk of the car repainted (I have the crystal black color). How much would something like that cost to be repainted? I have a 2013 TSX (tech).

Soon after I got my car I had to get a door repainted. It was around $350. This will vary depending on where you live and who you bring it to.

Pics?

The black paint on my 2012 is terrible, I have sap marks too. It's a shame.
