RL Brake broken pads pleat
All,
I bought the calipers from eBay. When I receive it, one of the pad pleat (I think this is how we call em) is broken.
I'm just wondering if its okay to use without it?

I would err on the side of caution and say no. The brake pad rides on that. I'm guessing the caliper body is aluminum? It looks like the steel backing plate of the brake pad has started to wear into the aluminum. If the wear is great enough, the brake pad will get hung up when applying the brakes. Judging by the screw, it looks like that part was meant to be serviceable. I'd try to see if you can find a replacement.
You can see the brake pad backing plate is riding on the upper portion of that part. It centers the pad in the caliper:
