Right Rear Mirror object way too far

I noticed that it's really hard to change lines on the right, and today I realized that object are very very far in the right rear mirror, I almost can't see futher then 5 cars behind me. What's up with that?

I know all car have it, but not like this.

never had the problem but i did notice large blind spots. Im hesitant to put the circle mirror stickers on the side mirrors to fix the blind spots because i dont like the look.

You are not supposed to just rely on mirrors when you change lanes. You are supposed to first check your mirror, then turn your head to look, then change lanes. When you do both, all blind spots are covered. Didn't they teach you guys that in Driver's Ed and make you do it on your road test?

I'd do that but i would lose the auto-dimming on the mirror.
