Definitely the best video presentation I've seen so far. I like how excited he gets when talking about the stereo in the tech package.

He says the RDX's engine is too big to fit in but there is plenty of space in engine bay.
Seems like Honda is holding things for mid-cycle change.

The limitation is the height. The top mounted intercooler is a packaging problem for a sedan without a hood scoop. Moving the intercooler to the front would add a lot of turbo lag.

Jaff has said that the V-6 will fit and three engines for this car was hinted to me two years ago. Draw your own conclusions.

This car will resonate with people like this guy. Hardcore car enthusiast will never accept Acura's FWD layout. The average Joe who's looking for that entry level lux sedan will definitely give the new TSX a hard look.

It's growing on me. And the full Ipod integration is a huge selling point for me.

OT, but the 128i convertible review there was hilarious. "BMW doesn't give you a dipstick for the oil because they don't trust the dipstick driving the car."

I agree! However, I can't see how this is a new argument? This has been said about EVERY Acura since the start of the division in 1987. (excluding the NSX of course)

Look at me for example. I've had nothing but 2 door sports cars since '87 but since I don't autocross anymore and since our track closed, I have less need/desire for high performance car. The lack of amenities that a sports car demands of me are not something I'm willing to accept in my next car.

Yeah definitely heard it haha. a base BMW 1 series runs around 31k+ with 230 HP and a full blown 1 series runs towards 44k.

... I couldn't help but notice what the reviewer said about slow smooth acceleration from the 1, prompting me to look a little closer:

TSX:

201 hp @ 7000 rpm, 170 lbs-ft @ 4300-4500
2.4 Liter I-4
starting around 28k

vs

128:

230 hp @ 6500, 200 lbs-ft @ 2750
3.0 Liter I-6
starting around 31k.

You know there might actually be some hope

Pretty good video review, he didn't get into details on dimensions or suspension tweaks but at least he acknowledged RDX engine and Euro-accord version.
