Limo tint, yellow fogs, debadged and tan rear deck fix.
I got my TSX 8 days ago and I have been trying to do stuff to it ever since. He are some before and afters.
First day I got it.
Debadged but still ugly tan deck
Tan rear deck Fixed!
Yellow fogs (In know, it's day time, not a huge difference)
Where I'm at so far. Needs rims, springs, bigger brakes, and black handles.

Looks great man!
I think the 09's look awesome debadged, especially on the black.
Something kinda jumped out at me that I haven't noticed before, with that dark of a tint on both doors I see quite a bit more resemblance to the 1G. The lines are similar, and the contrast of the chrome and the tint really show it.
Nice job Jay.

Your next mod should be having the grille and surround matched to NBP. Darren did it and it looks ah-mazing on an NBP CU2. Get that done, tint the sidemarkers on the headlights, drop it, and throw on some 19's and you'll be really sitting pretty.

Thanks man. Yeah, I want to get the grill done. We have a few TL's at work with them done and it looks amazing. As for rims, I want these:
19x8.5 w/ 245/35R19 Yoks
I didn't think about tinting the side markers. Good idea. If I do that, I want to tint the chrome part in the taillights then. I'm not a huge fan of chrome. Never have been.
Well, I have my LEDs in the mail, I'm getting the front windshield tinted tomorrow at work (50%), and then next week, I'm going to Progress to get some springs and/or a rear sway bar. I need to start saving for my other toys.

AustinJay, ah fudge, only that's not the word I'm really thinking.
Looks distinctive... but LEDs would probably violate the law, because that would remove the only reflective surface on the back of the car.

Ride is looking good man.. I can't wait till Tein calls me back for suspension, but which wheels are those that you're planning on? They look pretty dope.
Also what's the plan to kill the chrome handles?? mine are so full of finger prints it's not even funny.

Tein is using your car for R&D work? Progress might be using mine. They are Tenzo R Type M Version 1. I know, long ass name. They aren't too expensive either. As far as door handles go, I think I am going to take them off, have my body shop guys sand and color match. (I work at a car dealer, we have them on site.) As soon as I get that done, I'll post more pix.

it has "LA.CURA 元気 ".....la cura < means IN SPANISH MY CURE OR THE CURE

^^^ I'm not too worried. I have only been pulled over once for speeding and the cop gave me a ticket for my tint instead. That was a good 4 years ago. I don't drive much either.

Car looks great man! My CU2 is also CBP, debadged and tinted (though not quite as dark), however I paintmatched my front grill (I'm Darren BTW, the one Audioserf was referring to above) and also have the Aero kit with decklid spoiler installed. If you get those wheels our cars will look even more alike since the wheels I'm getting are very close in design, I'm getting the RonJon Legends in Liquid Graphite finish.
Keep up the nice work!

Nice Temecula huh? How are Acura/Honda sales up there? I was up there this past weekend and drove past the dealerships on Ynez Rd. I noticed that DCH Honda (formerly Norm Reeves) has quite a large inventory of cars...

Anyways, I also have a Crystal Black Pearl '09 TSX which aside from tint is pretty much stock. I was consdering de-badging the trunk, getting the deck lid spoiler, swapping some of the lights for LED's, and maybe swapping out the tires for summer performance rubber.

Cool, I was at awe at how many cars and SUV's DCH Honda/Acura had in stock @ there lots considering the economy. I reside in San Diego (Scripps Ranch) and got family in Murrieta / Temecula, the OC, and LA... so I trek all over SoCal often.

Hey, when you get the LEDs, let me know what color you get. I found 2 different whites online. I want to make sure that they aren't too bright and too blue.

They are brighter. They actually help a lot. I was out in Dana Pointe last night driving in the fog, and they work great. I still want to get the Yellow HIDs though. I think they will work better.
