I have a two piece license plate cover that I'm looking to install but the little white circles at the bottom aren't threaded for bolts. I'm guessing I'd have to drill some screws for the bottom half, but wanted to check with the brain trust here before doing so.

Also I pulled the battery and was fooling around with the radio, and think I blew the fuse for the radio. I looked in the owners manual and couldn't find the appropriate fuse…any ideas?
