Information: Apple CarPlay for Acura TSX

Apple CarPlay for:
ACURA TSX 2009-2010
ACURA TSX 2011-2014
if we get 100 people we will start shipping CarPlay in January 2016

Stop telling me that I can do all these things safely. All you're doing is making distractions more easily accessible. Trying to pitch your product as something that will benefit you because now you are somehow "more safe" is bullshit.
As far as the actual product goes, this doesn't seem much different than downloading an app with large buttons and mounting your phone to your dash. Either way I'm going to have to reach forward to navigate. I'm not sure about apple but on android there are plenty of car dashboard apps that make your buttons larger and easier to navigate. I guess it looks better than just having your phone up there so there's that.

Curious on exactly how this works, and also if you will support Android Auto.
ALSO I think something is up with your website. I was looking up your navtook for an Infiniti and the link to the install instructions is broken.

Is this an all in one adapter like your output adapter available on your website? How is the installation process and does it also integrate with Bluetooth calling. Having an 09 TSX I am very interested but want to know more. This would definitely update the car quite a bit.

Will this product still be available without a group buy??. I really want this if it works and integrates seamlessly like the rest of your products, how does the CarPlay interface update if neccessary?

Hi
We are pausing Carplay pre-orders atleast until July 2016
We help Focus groups where we learned limited amount of apps for CarPlay and Price of the product can't coexist at this time. The biggest negative is that only native apple maps are available as navigation. Most participants chose full screen mirroring over carplay
