I would assume it's wired to the fog lights. Not too familiar with foreign cars though.

Euro cars have an independent switch.
they use half switches and have 4 slots on the dash as opposed to 3 on our cars

you can rewire it or make it a reverse light as well

I believe they are independent. I've had four cars from two foreign manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz and Saab) that had rear fogs - both had a separate switch for the fog lights. They also wasn't an indication on the dash if you had the front fogs on (like the TSX has), but there was a separate indicator light just for the rear fogs.

Actually the rear fog light switch is on the same lever as the front lights.
Instead of twisting it forward you'll have to flick it backwards.

I had quite a conversation through email with one of the people from Nengun and he told me they don't sell them nor will they get them, you'll have to contact China yourself was what the guy told me.

Edit: Maybe it's not that odd. I get people changing the TSX to accord euro since everyone has heard of the accord and euro makes it sound fancy. No one has heard of the Spirior though.
