The only things I dont care for are the lack of tech (I know I couldve gotten a tech package, but is supposed to be a luxury car), and the easily scratchable plastic. As it sits, it has 39k miles. I drive about 32-35k a year, and I know that Acura has a reputation for being extremely reliable, but how many miles do you have on your 2nd Gen TSX? What do you love/hate about it?

Im new, so please excuse me if there is another thread for this. I did not find one in my search.
I have two TSXs. An 06 with 160,000 and no problems (knock on wood) and a red 2013 special edition with 40,000. The TSX is pretty much bullet proof if you keep on top of your maintenance which is actual very minimal compared to other brands of luxury cars. Great choice of cars!

09 Tech Package w/ Manual transmission. 138k miles. Only real problem was this year when it developed a loud very annoying clicking sound whenever I turned the steering wheel. This was an out of warranty manufacturing defect described in an Acura TSB. Dealer quoted $1500 for repair. I complained to Acura saying they should extend warranty as it is a known manufacturing defect. Eventually Acura worked with dealer and got it done for under $900.

Otherwise, just normal maintenance items.......Car turns 10 in November and I'm feeling a new car itch, but not sure when......

Nope CV Boot / Axles are still original. Maybe there is an issue there, but unless something is obviously wrong or someone tells me, I wouldn't know.

I have a 2010 with 250,000km (155,000 miles) and it has had zero issues. No problems at all - just regular maintenance. Still drives beautifully and still lots of fun.

2010 Tech bought on July 4 weekend 2010.
Just turned 150k. Still drives very well with regular maintenance including timing belt, brakes, tires, oil. Nothing out of the ordinary wear and tear.

I had the A pillar that disconnected from the clips but saw on the forum using some type of cement worked for someone. That did the trick and has held for the past 8 months.

This will be my last winter as I’m looking into buying a more updated car with the latest tech. Still eyeing Audi or maybe the new G70 if it ever hits dealers. I might keep it as a “driving to work” car during the week.

This has been my most reliable car since 1995.

2012 Wagon just rolled 98k miles. Generally, it's been flawless. The only work I've had to do is general fluids, tires, spark plugs, resurface brake disks on front, replace brake disks on back, and new pads all around.

I have a 2010 V6 with 147,599 mile and running strong. I do all the scheduled maintenance and so far have had no problems. This is our travel car where we go 2000 miles plus.
