High beam working. Low beam not working 2011 tsx

I have replaced the ballast, wiring harness and headlight bulb on my TSX. The relay switch and fuses have been checked, they work. For whatever reason there is no power getting to my low beam light, Can someone please advise me what else I can do to fix this problem. Thanks so much.

did you probe the low beam harness to confirm no power? Can you clarify how you checked relays and fuses?

No. Is there a low beam harness wire or something that can be replaced? If so can you tell me the exact part name I need to get? The fuses and other parts were checked with a voltage detector.

I have seen old fuses test OK with an ohmmeter but fail to pass current under load. Suggest to replace the fuse with a know good one, and swap the relay with a know good one. This will absolutely rule out those items, before you start into complex diagnostics (wire harness etc).

Which fuse should be replaced?

Bad low beam ground or bad light switch.
