I can't seem to find any pictures of a 2nd gen tsx with its front windshield tinted. I'm curious to see how it looks with all that dot matrix on the top area of the window.

i wish it was legal in my state. hell, i wish it was legal for something a little darker than 35%!

I tinted my front with the clear air blue film to cut the heat out from the front windshield. Tinting anything other than the air blue here in Hawaii is illegal... the clear tint over the dot matrix stuff looks fine, no bubbles or anything.

I have a seen dark tint over the dot matrix stuff. It looks bad for the first few days while the tint is drying out, but looks fine after. Just go to a shop that does good work and you should be fine.

Search Flander435 or something like that in the Photo Gallery... he has his front windshield tinted. Looks good to me.

I have the 3M Crystalline 90 film on my windshield. Darkens it only slightly (can barely tell compared to the rest of the car) but makes a night/day difference as far as heat goes - especially here in FL.

I have Air Blue 80 on my windshield. I don't really notice what it looks like on the dot matrix. That wasn't a consideration when I got it. It is what it is. Some tint places can put an opaque black 'tint' over the dot matrix so you don't see it.
