I recently purchased a 2009 TSX. It is making a gurgling noise from what seems to be behind the steering wheel. The gurgling increases with the use of the a/c and also increases with increased speeds. In particular, it becomes very frequent and loud past 55 mph. It sounds similar to the bubbling/gurgling for a window a/c home unit. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does this mysterious noise go away with the fan off and re-circ on (outside vents closed)?

My subaru did the same thing but no one could ever solve what the sound was. Last guess was air/gas moving in the precat area, even tho I didnt have one! I always thought it was tied to the ac system.

I wonder if there is a drain line that is clogged up.

i had a 08 tl before my new tsx, made a rattle noise from under the hood. they replaced anything and everythng they could to fix it. i bought it with 30k on it traded it with 39k. my 11' tsx v6 has started making the same noise, and it only has just over 8k miles on it.
