Brand new TSX missing one spot print!

I bought 2010 TSX base(white) a month ago, but i found out one spot print missing in front of the car after i drove for a month, may be hit by sand. Even though it is very little spot, but it is brand new car, it should be perfect! Shoud I fix it and claim it under warranty???

context clues, guys.

translation:
brand new car, driving on freeway most likely and maybe a rock or somesorts (he calls it sand) chipped his bumper, there is one spot that has been chipped from the rock.

The warranty does not allow to replace or repaint because of rock chips. if you wanted to to fix this, should go through your insurance and or out of pocket. needs to be repainted or touched up.

Sorry to hijack this thread guys, but I have a similar question: I bought my car brand new in May, and the wax is starting to wear off already!!! Should I take it to the dealer and have them put on a fresh coat under warranty, or call my insurance and file a claim?

if you drive cars on the highway, rock chips are a fact of life unfortunately....I've had my TSX for 2.5 months and already have 3 lovely rock chips in the hood (just hit 5000 miles - do 80/day commuting). this is another reason I got PM - aside from hiding the dirt, I knew it would hide the inevitable chips. I will be fixing them though....
