Beware of acorns

I parked my 09 TSX under an acorn tree, and had dime size light acorns fall on it. It looked like I was hit with a ball ping hammer on the roof/deck lid. It is the same tree I have parked my Mazda 3s and Chevy Cavalier/Avalanche/Trailblazer under and not experienced any dents before. The metal is very thin. The car was only 2 weeks old and $450 later it was fixed. Acura would not honor it (I was not expecting them to, but it did not hurt to ask).

That Acorn was on a mission. What we like to say, "That Acorn Was Not F**king Around"

Sorry man. That sucks. Someone threw a non alcoholic beer bottle at my RSX when I had it.

That's Nothing, I parked on Wall Street the other day and when I got back to the car I had a dent from a Stock Broker that through himself out a window. No problem though, because I'm just going to ask for a few billion dollars to fix it from the feds. It was insured with AIG

Tough brake on your car though, the first 6 months is like having a new born.

Well, we don't have Acorns here, but a co-worker had his rear windshield broken by a falling coconut!

This whole conversation about nuts made me think of this item that I heard about in a podcast:
