Has anyone hooked up an amp and subs to their 09?...I went to best buy they're work was always good on my old cars and the guy mentioned he would need to drill through the firewall. Has anyone else hooked it up and ran wires and not run any into issues?

all amp installations need to either drill through the firewall or use an
existing hole in the firewall.
nothing new or special.
this is not a "problem" it is just standard procedure.

I'd see if I could find someone that would be willing to take the time and *not* drill for convenience. If you're running 0 gauge wire, that may not be possible, but if it's 2 or 4 or whatever, if an installer is good, they may be able to work through it.

Yea its the 4 guage they'd be running...I decided not to get it hooked up..I really dont wanna start having panels and the dash messed with.

go to a real stereo shop.. some of those BBY people dont know what they are doing..
