Also you should talk to a real lawyer instead of the internet if you have an intent to sue.

Did you have a airbag recall and if so did you take it to dealer for fix? Maybe something was turned off...

You don't need a reason to sue anybody. You just want a settlement and maybe they will cave.

Air bags don't just deploy. There are specific parameters that must be met for them to deploy. Mainly the amount of G's and deceleration.

I know my grammer and spelling are bad. It always has been and I hated the subjects in school. On the other hand I'm good at math, science and have a mechanical aptitude. So I became an engineer. Worked out well for me.

Almost right. In simple terms, the airbag system does millions of calculations in split seconds to ask one one question - will an injury be prevented or minimized if I deploy? If the answer is "no" then there will be no deployment of airbags. The era of fixed sensors in bumpers and so forth are long gone.

As far as the OP's question is concerned:

Who was at fault?
Were there serious injuries in the TSX?
Would the airbags have minimized the injuries?
Were the occupants wearing seatbelts?

I would hate to read any of your technical reports, isn't that part of the job description?
edit: nevermind you're not the thread starter
