Adjust throttle response

Throttle lag is very annoying at times in my 2012 TSX m6. Sometimes the throttle response is great, other times a blip or two and nothing. I'm referring to ONLY throttle response in neutral (and of course starting out in first gear). Acceleration is fine. The car is fine, it just Honda's throttle lag has a mind of its own sometimes. I'll get frustrated/desperate and give the pedal a spirited blip and it revs it way past where I was aiming for. The reason I ask, I know Dodge has an intelligent system that will "learn" how spirited the driver drives and will adjust throttle sensitivity that way. Do our Acuras have something similar? Can this throttle lag be adjusted with a tuner?

I miss drive by cable

Look into a Sprint Booster (Version 3). Throttle by wire is very slow. You can speed things up to amost what it was like with Drive by Cable by adding a Sprint Booster. I've had one on my car for the last year and love it. ALL throttle delay is gone. It's adjustable so that if you want just a hint of delay, you can add it. There are actually 10 adjusts between factory and no delay. I prefer and leave mine on NO DELAY. You get use to it very quickly. Only problem is that these devices run about $250 to $270. You might find a used one on Ebay or somewhere. Again, I would only purchase Version 3 as it will give you the most flexibility.
