I'll take a youthful, go-cart handling everyman's car with a finely tuned 4 cylinder over a brick with a V6 every time.

They told you they gave you 20k for it but whether you did or not depends on how they worked the overall amount you payed for the new car. Plus how long ago are we talking? I could believe it if it were a few months ago or if the mileage was uncharacteristicly low.

A good salesman won't let you know that you've been screwed if you have been screwed at all. If they manage to convince you that you're taking food out of their baby's mouth if you don't buy the car for exactly X amount it's not like you're going to drive away in the car and suddenly realize you paid a high markup because that's information you didn't have to begin with and you still won't have after the fact. That's why it's important to walk in with your numbers and walk out with your numbers.
My car is Sept built, Mid October delivery and i got it first week of November. and price is around 31K. Car had 3 miles on it.
They parked the car in covered area to protect from weather effects. otherdealers could have parked outside and especaially insects and birds excreation (birds eat fruits)that mix with paint can become acidic. the black spots come on cars usually from this not from stones. so when ever a insect or bird spot just wash the car within 24 hrs.
This is not some rocket science. every one can figure out.
Surely i could have got better if i actively search for desperate dealers in 200 mile radius with endless communication but this is not worth the time and effort. Energy could be used in other productive ventures.

I would love to see a link for a current 4% savings account.

Do you know what the score cut off is? I would imagine quite a few people would qualify.

710 + is the FICO for super preferred. They don't just go by FICO though, they also go by credit history.

Cutt off was i think 710 but they also want to see the lenght and variations of credit history.
since i am more recent implant to this country as far as credit in concerned. My first credit card started only in 2006. i didnot had that lenght & variation in credit history but still i got super preferred deal.

You can have an 850 score but only have a $200 Macy's card so it's more than score.

I took advantage of the cheap interest rate and pulled the trigger on a TSX.
