Access to rear wiper motor on 2012 TSX Wagon

Hello all. First of all I want to thank everyone that have contributed on this site because I have found the information and hints here invaluable in maintaining my wife's TSX. However, I have a new problem and haven't been able to find the answer I am searching for on this site. I am not saying it isn't posted somewhere but my searches have been in vain.

Here is my latest issue that i am trying to resolve. The 2012 TSX wagon we have has a rear wiper motor that although is still functioning is making an excessive straining/whining noise whenever it engages. I think lubricating it or replacing it will not be a great effort but i am having trouble figuring out how to remove the trim to get at the motor itself. Does anyone have any advice or a link I can reference so that I don't do more damage than necessary to access it. Thank you. - Ron R

Thank you. Knowing where the clips are is a great help. I will tackle this project this weekend. Have a good July 4th. - Ron R

Replaced my motor. $177 from Acura. Not a bad job, but there seem to be a lot of clips.
