Same car (2009-14) was sold as a Honda Accord Euro (with a better-looking grille), so it is a Honda. People who're into brand names probably would pass up an Acura anyways.

The gloss black vinyl looks sick especially with the BWP. It creates a nice black/white contrast.

My 2011 Acura TSX grill and emblem swap.

I had a 1997 Honda Accord wagon that my parents bought brand new 21 years ago and gave to me. I finally upgraded from that to a 2011 Acura TSX wagon. Since it is basically a re-badged, luxury version of the Honda Accord wagon, I decided to swap out the ugly Acura beak grill. I modified a Honda emblem and 3D printed it. I can easily change out the emblem with a different one. Getting the new grill installed was a bit tricky because I had to remove the entire front bumper but I got it done successfully without damage to any clips. Here is a picture recap of the whole story:

The newer car.

The older car.

The older car and the newer car.

The newer car and the older car.

The Honda grill purchased on ebay.

Precise measurements.

3D printing emblem with screw treads.

Custom designed and 3D printed with 5mm screw treads and fitting nuts (printed separately).

The Honda grill I bought from ebay with the emblem installed.

It fits!

Spray painted it with a clear gloss.

Before the grill swap.

After the grill swap.

Viola.

I sold the older car to a friend for $1 because he temporarily needed a car.

My two cars, together one last time.

I love this car.

$200 I think. It was a while ago. It’s made out of some strong comp plastic in the middle with aluminum outer layers.

Headlights look to be the JDM bi-xenon ones.

That’s the one thank you. Now I just need to figure out that front bumper.
