no friggen way. Did you order from them yourself? If so, any additional duties/taxes? I might have to bite the bullet if it's $303 USD ALL IN.

Thanks julius!

I'm dumb, forgot that it's $303 per side. In that case, I'm still too broke for these headlights .

Oops sorry to add and yes, its $303 per side (tax and fees included). Just ordered one headlight. I've seen anywhere from $750 to $1,000 for these headlights brand new so I figured I share this information.

I've been eyeing out these headlights on Lings Honda for two years now and since then, they're the same price. Reason being it took two years to order is because I have a legit set with legit part numbers, I am confidence they have the same headlights and plus I requested for photos and bingo, it is the bixenon headlights. I don't see any reasons why they would increase the price.

You're probably right. these are probably slightly price controlled by Honda.

If these were aftermarket, then the supplier would get wise after a few orders or pricing would go up for *some* reason. I've seen it happen on suspension parts that were available from the UK at like $900 less than bloated US pricing. For one reason or another....a week or so after someone's discovery...UK pricing went up.

But...either way. There goes the (my?) idea of buying 2 sets for $1200...selling one for $1200 in the US...and keeping a free pair of lights

$303 each is by far the cheapest I've ever seen these lights.

Yeah Kosta always has the best price. I'm not sure what his source is (probably Lings), but he definitely doesn't make much profit on them.

This is definitely a great price... and since the Canadian dollar is somewhat stronger than a week ago, maybe I'll get a set

Contacted Kevin over at RatchetRacing for custom harness for these headlights. Link is found here: CU2/CW2 CUSTOM PLUG AND PLAY HEADLIGHT HARNESS Awesome craftsmanship and you won't be disappointed with the custom harness he makes for these headlights.

So is there any special wiring or harnesses required?

Also is the DRL bright as say most OEM cars these days?

Beautiful pics julius! Mind me asking what your indoor camera setup+settings were, if it's a DSLR?

Dumb question. So from the pics I'm guessing you had to swap over the following:
• corner upper beam (black plastic piece underneath headlight which the bumper clips onto)
• ballast

Did you have to swap over the ignitor as well? I'm guessing yes.

Yes you're going to have to switch corner upper beam, ballast along with the ignitor.

Just curious....................... Outside of looks. Why would one swap out for a headlamp that will be lesser in output than the original? I can get them cheaper & opted not to

The headlight adjuster and the intersection light feature. I have to agree, the output is a bit lower than USDM and I think the headlight beam is lower than USDM even at the highest setting with the headlight adjuster.

Are you guys using a luxmeter to determine output? How are we saying that one is brighter than another?

Bixenon > non-bi-xenon

Bixenon > non-bi-xenon

On dip beam it should be the same as the USDM model. Hi beam is where it falls short. Two bulbs vs four bulbs where two are mounted in a dedicated hi position reflector bowl.

I love my bixenon, although rarely have I ever used hi beam on stock, or spirior lights. For me, strictly an astetic upgrade. I just wanted to get rid of orange lens, so the jdm or spirior were my only options. Everyone I seen with aftermarket lights complained about quality

What are you doing with your old HID headlights, anyone selling them? Thinking of retrofitting a different car with a set.

now that you have had them for awhile. What is your opinion on performance? They look amazing. Just wondering how they perform to stock

I can't speak alot about the HIDs performance as I replaced my HIDs with Osram Night Breaker. With my first set, the headlight beam seems lower than stock even though I had the headlight adjuster at the highest setting. But when I replaced the driver side with the new headlight it seems it was at stock height or that was my mind playing with me, and I didn't bother doing a proper headlight alignment as I am planning to replace the other headlight. I love the intersection feature as I can see the curb when turning or alerting other drivers on the freeway when changing lanes.
