Yes Another Timing Belt Thread...Justin HELP?

Guys,

Im happy to say that I finally found a 03 Type S and purchased it locally. Super clean tons of work completed yadda yadda yadda.

The timing belt was done once already at about 59k in 2010. So Im not going to ask if it should be done again Im just going to do it my question is on "while the hoods up" what else should I do at 89k. I read about a seal on oil pump or filter housing that can leak. Justn noted this in another thread and Im having hard time narrowing this part down. Can someone confirm what should I see and where if these are bad and the corresponding part numbers. I found the following are they the right ones?

15825-p8a-a01
15115-p8a-a02

I pulled the belly pan and looked and everything looks bone dry. I bought new plugs, PCV, and external transmission filter to change as well.
Im also having the tensioner replaced and pulleys and the engine mount since it has to be removed anyway when timing belt is done.

Did I miss anything and can someone confirm correct gaskets if the ones I noted are not correct?

I think you will also need #12 in this diagram for the oil pump (*IF* you are removing the pump to replace this gasket if it's leaking), sorry not sure of part #:
