And that's on a TL-P motor? Nice! I guess I'll save up for these headers and wrap them up good when install comes.

it's been awhile, but I/H/E along with small misc mods (port throttlebody, thermoblock spacers, UR crank pulley) gives you at or near stock TL-S whp - at least from what i recall.

No. If you cheap out, your going to get a pair of garbage headers. The original XS-P headers are no longer available. Those generics won't last, so it's probably best to stick with DC or something more reputable.

I had the XS headers done 4 years ago and no problems as long as you wrap the flex pipe with header wrap.

What is the "b pipe"??? I have not heard of that modification and am always looking to wring out a little more power...

It's my custom trick for more power I think the xs b pipe is only 2" so I upgraded to a 2.5" ...it's like when u first put on headers that first feeling After upgrade & more TQ . But don't forget I also had a cutout. I'm building another 3.5 right now I'll do a build tread like civic I have all the parts now so just waiting to buy gasket kit & then Im going HAM + SC

xs- power aka ssautochrome are a bunch of back country inbreds.
they dont answer any emails-( 6 months worth) any headers now are not what they once were. google the complaints against them... ebay kicked them off- they dont update their website- i wouldnt buy a chrome lugnut from them.

You upgraded the b pipe to 2.5...what about the rest of the exhaust? You should post a picture, sounds like a nice upgrade...

I purchased a set of their "XS" headers and received a set that were totally different than what is on their website. They won't fit my car I have a 6 speed. I did a dispute on Paypal but they won't do anything unless I send them back. The address they gave me to send them back is in the middle of a huge field with nothing around. There is no return address on the label on the box either. I got screwed out of $130. Honestly the size of the pipe is so small they wouldn't make any hp over stock anyway. Screw XS / SS Autochrome.

Really? This entire thread about people getting ripped didn't tip you off? You read this thread and actually decided to give it a shot? Kind of your fault at that point...

Does DC make headers for the 6 speed? Or are the only options the old school XS or Comptech?

Just so everyone knows, I have been in contact with the company and they are in Stock. Just got mine today. Within a few weeks I will test fit, smooth the welds, have welds checked, and post a review of my findings. I paid 260 shipped, off their website. I own an 03 CL-S.
