I have put 400 miles on my new TL and I visually checked the brake disks through the wheels. I found that the two front brake disks were worn very well and looks like mirrors. But the two rear brake disks are less smooth. Is this normal?

Yes, more weight on the front. You will typically replace your front brake pads twice for every one time you replace the rear.

and the way the braking distribution is set up, the front actually does around 65% (?) of the braking.

The front brakes do a majority of the braking, probably around 70% or so...that's why they wear out faster.

I've seen BMWs and Audis with normal wear on both front and rear disks. So why would our TLs be any different?

Retiree, our cars are not different. You have only gone 400 miles. I have 107,000 miles on my 2000 TL (salesrep) and I've replaced both front rotors once and the rears will probably go 250,000 miles which is normal. The fronts do 80% of the work! If braking force was proportioned 50/50 front &rear your rear tires would skid every time you braked much more than gently.

I meant the front disk are evenly worned while the rear ones have deep grooves inthem. Is it really normal ??? should they not also be worned evenly ?
