I got my 2001 TL almost 10 days ago .
After having it for 4 days I took it back to Dealer to install the CD changer , shift nob and trank tray and the suppositly did detail on my car.
Basically after it was done I went to pick up the car and this is waht I saw:
1.- The Shift Nob was not installed properly ( you could still see the screws on the stick
2.- About 5-6 scratches on the roof .
Now dealer ship does not want to take responsibility for fixing those scratches.
Basically they have been "A.....ls".
I need some Ligal help regrding this issue.

I had like 14 odd days after I bought my car to return it with out questions.... Does your dealship have anything similar?

Wait until you get the car survey from Acura. Fire Away. Then make sure you a give a copy to your dealership. Or better yet, when you go back in, make sure you leave in on the dash board or seat.

talk your salesperson AND the service department mangaer, all those mechanic and shit just keep giving a ****, the manager will consider your problem seriously, that's what happened to me. I had the sit belt buckle recall, and they put two scratches on my steering wheel, so I talked to the manager DIRECTLY and he checked, and I got a new one! try that.
