2G-TL-Type-S-03

So with 307k miles on it, my transmission is finally starting to slip. I want to go manual swap, but how much would that cost to do? I found a CL-S 6MT on ebay for a little over a grand, but what else would I need to do this swap? I won't be doing this myself, as I don't trust myself with anything more complicated than an oil change, so anyone in orlando florida area know of a place that would do the swap, and any other parts needed?
