Sony dvd 2Din HU, $9 6-led blue lights overhead, and a fresh black magic tree.

I've considered painting the "wood" inserts B504P to match the out side, but I kind of like the grey stuff.

I wrapped the fake wood trim with black ostrich real leather which turn out to be good but it might be not for everyone taste and animal lover. Here's you go...

Change a few item make a lot different than stock look. In fact, our car stock look not too bad especially the way Honda did console angle, it like you see many sports car and NSX. I hate a lot of newer cars coming out are almost like 90 degree up right like a truck inside.

Double Din Pioneer Head Unit, All wood grain is wrapped in carbon vinyl. A, B, and C pilars wrapped in plaid material. I haven't gotten to the headliner yet. All with time I suppose. All interior lights replaced with leds. (Dome, Map, Door Lights) Would like to swap all dash lights and door switches with leds as well, I just haven't gotten to it.

Nah. I like the way it is. Clear coat will give too shine and glossy which doesn't flow well with my 12 old car condition.

yeah those seats have less than 75K miles on them. rest of my car has 116K. you would have to take it to an interior shop to see what they can do, but most likely with a rip that big, they would replace the whole section. where is the rip?

It cost me around $25 on Di-Noc carbon fiber and installation is easy if you are asking about wrapping on the panel and radio head unit.
For the panel... you need to remove it out and wrap it. you can search online how other did, for me I used hair dryer and it's more than good enough on this vinyl to stretch and bent.
For head unit .... I didn't remove it. I made a template and prior cut some parts on vinyl first which will make you easier for your work. Vinyl itself is very stretchable with hair dryer and can be wrap almost any angle just don't forget to clean wax or oil with alcohol the surface that you going to wrap. It's very durable so you don't really need to paint clear coat on it. Clear coat will only give you glossier look and you might lose the texture if you over spray. of cause, no extra mess.
The shift knob is wrapped w/ real carbon fiber though.

I have an '03 TL with tan leather interior, wood grain and factory "charcoal" trim. I'm a noob to mods but there is a lot I'm learning and want to do. First, I'm doing a few small things that don't cost much:

1) Changing dash, console, map and other interior lights to white lights. Maybe because my car is old and I bought it pre-owned (in December '11) it just needs new lights but they are currently really dim, yellow and ugly. So that will be a nice cheap fix.

2) Painting dash, door and console trim/garnish including wood grain a light tan/beige because I hate the black and tan look. Might do a glittery clear gloss finish (I'm a lady, it's might be fun to have a feminine touch, but it also may look horrible--we will have to see). If it doesn't look good I might try silver/chrome or jet black gloss. Open to suggestions and photos for ideas. I like the idea of painting the instrument panel gauge bezel around the gauges a different color than the rest of the panel like NSXNEXT did above with the silver on black.

3) I've been cleaning up the leather seats with Zymol cleaner and conditioner. I'm loving the Zymol, it immediately worked way better than Meguiar's and got some nasty black out of the leather creases that I didn't even realize could be removed. I haven't been able to use the conditioner properly (with some kind of heating element--blow dryer?--don't have a 12V installed) so I haven't done a whole lot yet.

4)...and the carpet could use a really good shampoo. I just moved to Philly and go to northern MD on the weekends and I can't find anyplace that has good hours for me (I work 9-5 M-F... can't exactly be leaving work all the time to get my car looking nice), or reasonable prices.

Then I plan to do some real upgrades:

5) Install Pioneer 8400 (AVH-P8400BH) to go from non-navi to navi. Amazon has great deals on the unit, steering wheel wire harness, brake override harness and Metra console. My problem is that I really want to have a navi-console (meaning navi up top not on the bottom), so I'd have to get a navi instrument panel garnish, heater control, etc. on top of the non-navi to navi mod. Or create a custom dash trim myself and I'm not savvy or creative enough to figure out how to do it myself. I've been searching the forums and the web for anyone with pics/instruction on how to diy. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks. They are LEDs from ledautomotive.com. The "blue filter" on the back of the tachometer and speedometer was removed with nail polish remover so that the LEDs would shine white, instead of light blue like you see on the fuel and temp gauges.
