Swapped for odyssey tranny and now having some problems

Hello everyone,
I swapped out my junk transmission for a 2005 odyssey transmission. I'm having a couple issues as of right now and I was hoping that you guys might be able to help me out. My check engine light is on and it's P0141, O2 sensor, any ideas on why that would come on after the swap? Also, I'm having a shifting problem, it's not all the time, the car runs fine for a little while and then I lose fifth gear and the TCS light comes on at the same time and the D% light begins flashing? Any ideas
Thanks

I think he meant the wire may have been damaged during trans swap
dont try to fix bad wire- resistance change will trick sensor

new front O2 is not many $, DENSO is the stock brand and available everywhere

codes are clues not diagnosis in themself..false codes appear too,,have to know where to look and put together symptoms and codes for final answer

does it run the same as always, or gas mileage dropped suddenly= O2

Ok, here's the other code that I just read off the computer P0715 input shaft sensor malfunction. I'm guesting that's giving me the problems with the shifting. The parts store didn't have anything like that in their system, anyone have a part #for me to cross reference.

Transmission was tested and ran fine, new fluid and cleaned all solenoids, new filter and installed an additional external oil cooler. Just a small one to help out a little bit.

Oh and the gas mileage seems to have dropped drastically,.60 miles to 3/8ths of a tank so far. Could that be a fuse that is causing it.

You need to look into the trans speed sensors, theres 2 of them, check the connections, failing that, check the wiring to them, make sure it isn't pinched or frayed, and failing THAT, the sensor/s are bad, replace them.

OR....... you bought a bum trans......

Thanks for all the help guys, I just got done working on it and on of the connectors to the speed sensors the connection was bad because one of the pins broke, sodered a new one on and it shifts great so far. I'm still getting a check engine light so I'm gonna go get that read in a little while. hopefully it's just the O2 sensor malfunction.

Make sure no harnesses weren't caught between the engine and trans when they were married. Common problem I see come in with engine/trans replacements performed prior to visit. Also, check all fuses and ensure none were blown by harnesses/connectors grounding out to chassis, frame, etc...
