With Supercharger...how fast will it make our cars go?
Ok guys...how fast do you think it will make our cars go with supercharger? enough to take on GS430, M3, subaru wrx, bimmer 540? what's 0-60 range and 1/4 mile?
As for the supercharger....once it comes out....all we need to do is BUY the supercharger say 4500-5000, pay for tranny upgrade, and pay for install....is that it? or there's more to do?
Will we still be able to install other mods like CAI, headers?

Supercharger, headers, intake (Comptech Icebox probably will work the best), L10 tranny upgrades plus install costs will bring you close the $10k mark. Why not buy an S4 and chip it for less then $500. Then you'd have a sub 5 sec. AWD monster for close to the same price. Plus, it'd be under warranty.....

If it were me who was buying the supercharger and L10 plus everything else, I would just say screw it and buy a gs430
But if you are really into modding cars, go for it.
Also, I think the TLS should beat the wrx but those dam gs430s and 540s are just too fast. But it would be a good race.

All the cars mentioned except for the moded S4 would fall to a supercharged TL-S.
This is why:
In another post, someone stated that that ran 14.8 at 94mph with only a CAI. If you threw on a set of headers, probably 14.6 at 96mph. So figure 285-290hp on the top end. Throw a supercharger on and if you get only 30% more power, you have another 85-90hp, or between 370 and 380 total. Plug that into a 3750lb TL-S and you can expect a time in the 13's at maybe 104-106mph. The GS400 and 540 wish they could run that fast. I'm not saying that the trans would survive or you would have any traction, but it would haul the goods. Throw the motor in a rear wheel drive car with a manual and expect a low 13 second car. You would never have to worry about losing a race from a roll where traction doesn't matter as much.

Thanks Rhino. I had that video clip of the 12.7 sec run till my HD crashed. I never read any info on it and always wanted to know about it. If I could only figure out how to save the video...
But man...24psi of boost!! Wow..
