About 280k on original motor and screwed up tranny! 2nd owner since 2003. Shifted hard but dealt with it till I believe 2 - 3 years back when the tranny died on me completely. motor still ran strong!

first time posting, i read a lot of the threads though.
be careful taking pics of the speedo driving hahaha!
of course when i've done that its so i could snap a pic at 120 so maybe its not so hard at 60 or 70.
Maybe i'm being slow but i can't figure out how to edit or i'd put this in the same post as the pic

Bought my 2000 TL from the original owner. It has 201,400 miles. The transmission was replaced at 90,000 miles for free by Acura due to the recall. I'm going to try to get it to a half million miles.

I watched a video with a guy driving his Integra (94?) hitting 1,000,000 miles to Acura HQ in CA. Acura put the red carpet for him and the Integra. he was given a lot of Acura sourvenies but no free trade in. So I doubt 500k.
I have one 2001 TL BNP @153k, another 2001 TL LGM @143K. LGM can easily go to 250K; not sure of BNP as I am not the 3rd owner of it.

My 03 is almost to 46k. Might get there by next weekend. Looks like it will be my new DD since my wife and I decided it was too nice to let the teenagers drive regularly.

Loooove my TL! My 99 TL has 342,000 km (or 214 k miles). I bought it in '04 when it had 90k miles. Still the original tranny, but a rough shift from 1st-2nd, especially when it's cold. After that, it runs great. I use the SportShift and that makes the 1-2 shift a little smoother.
Wondering if I should change the timing belt? I changed it at 100k miles, so I guess it would be due again?

I wish i had the original cluster in my car but due to the swap i have had different mileage odometers (thanks to me destroying 1 6 speed cluster trying to modify it) 3 in total. Overall the body just turned 560k this week.
