Restore: Engine Restorer & Lubricant

Hey guys has anyone here used this product. Company is called Restore and they claim their lubricant(which you add in your oil in place of one quart or regular or synthetic) fills in and seals microleaks in the cylinder wall increasing compression lost to wear and tear over time. I am interested in using it on my wifes 98 Corrolla 140k miles to see if it helps and if it does I will use it on my TL 106k miles.

I used in on my old 1990 Chevy V8 truck, could tell it ran smoother and burned less oil - but I dont think it is worth it or good to add if you use synthetic already and our engine of much higher quality than that old engine - so, I will only use straight Mobil 1 synthetic and I dont think anything else is needed or usefull in our cars.

If you're burining oil or leaking I'd highly recommend a product called Auto-Rx. It's not a hokey product or anything. I used it in my integra with great results. If you want to read up on Auto-Rx, read the additive forums on BITOG.

Here's a link to the BITOG forum: http://theoildrop.server101.com/ubb/...?ubb=forum;f=5

You can buy Auto-Rx at: http://auto-rx.com/

I don't sell Auto-Rx or anything...just a satisfied user.
