Repair:2003 TLS Driver's seat seam split DIY

Finally got sick of looking at the temporary fix (Black tape covering seat seam split), located at the corner seam of the seat cushion, below the area where the inside of ones left knee would rest. Only leather issue on the entire interior!. All the cars I looked at, at the local pick-n-pull, had the same issue, or worse. I cut a patch panel, from the inside corner of the junk car's ( Passenger ) seat. Since the leather on one side of my seat seam was deteriorated, and unable to be sewn, I made a large patch, and after thoroughly cleaning the patch area, glued the patch in place, using (LOCTITE Vinyl, Fabric & Plastic Flexible Adhesive. My only regret was not selecting a patch panel which had an identical matching vertical seam. Black tape over split seam.

If you didn't know where this seat was patched, you would never notice it. This pic is Three months after applying repair patch. I love LOCTITE products.
