Rack and Pinion trouble

Swapped out the rack and pinion and power steering pump in my nieces 2003 TL-S last weekend. Remanufactured AC delco. new honda ps fluid. Now the rack is leaking again. Any one have this happen?
What could I have wrong, or did I just get a bad rack?
