it made anything inside the car not work except the clock, radio, hvac system... so that must be a major fuse.. i had to drive over 45 miles before checking it ( i know it was dumb...) i hope that fuse didnt control any of the radiator fans.... cause now asfter it was replaced i am feeling studdering on low rpm driving 1-2.. i did the tune up 5 months ago and done everything on the diy section on this fourm... so I guess i messed something up

WELL........ the fuse was the 7.5 acc relay fuse.. first time it ever blew. does that fuse contol engine electrics too? like the fans on the radiator? yes i am very scared if it did.. i had to drive from dallas to ft worth TX (about 45 miles) without seeing anything working on the dash...

OUCH! ACC fuse could well end up being a problem in your Aftermarket Radio installation.
ACC Fuse controls most base voltage level for: Dashboard, A/C, Radio, Ignition, Etc... It doesn't control line level voltage (Thus why its low Amperage) but its basically the master base voltage to control live full 12v Voltage Relays and Stuff.
I would re-check all stuff in your Radio Installation as IF the ACC fuse blow up while driving your car will automatically turn off.

Its weird because if ACC blows you should not be able to start the car as the Ignition Key should have no power.. BUT I don't know if killing the Ignition will still allow power to run from Key Position II which runs the A/C and can turn on the Fans..
This will be far better explained by an Electrician using the Electric Diagrams.. In any case if you didn't run the car too much don't worry as long as the FANS where on the Engine should had no problem being cooled down.
