Passenger front door.

I've been having this issue with my passenger front door for a while but because it closes properly with force not slamming I just rolled with it. But now it's starting to annoying me.

When I open it with the door handle I have to pull on it from outside / push it while inside and it feels very stiff like seized hinges but there's grease on them... When I close it normal it catches but don't close... I have to push on it or close it firmly

Is this an adjustment issue or do I need new hinges?

Have you lubricated the latching assembly in the door?

Check your latch adjustment. Also, does the door drop a bit when opening? Does it rise a bit when closing? Perhaps the door pins in the hinges are getting loose.

Passenger Door.

I don't know how to do a latch adjust on the doors. I've on'y done it to my civic hood... And no it doesn't rise or drop when opening/cosing . it's just stiff and heavy feeling. When you close it you don't get that silent thump .. Its like metallic like shutting it on your seatbelt buckle..

As for grease the hinges I use some white lithium grease but not sure if it's enough and the can is done...

That middle arm piece that stretches between the door and the body should that be greased and with what?

Thanks.

The service manual states to use multipurpose grease on door hinges.
