Part numbers meaning

Part numbers meaning

replacing some parts here and there, one thing i changed was the ballast and igniter. After replacing them i wondering what the two different type of numbers mean.
What does the first numbers(X6T02991) mean and what do the second one (1831) mean? See attached pic.

I am curious just in case i need to order something oem is why i ask. Would the first number be the actual number i should be paying attention to and just ignore the second one?

Unfortunately, those aren't valid Acura part numbers. If you want to get the actual part number, you can go to www.oemacuraparts.com, put in your car and look up the part from the diagram and you'll have the part number.
