Hi I am a new TL owner and I figured I would come on here because there is a bunch of things I plan to do to my TL. My name is Rick and I live in Sacramento CA and I ride a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR and am a member of SBFreaks Motorcycle Club. I just bought a 2002 3.2TL Type S from a guy for 5k CASH. The car had been rear ended and required a new back bumper. I have been a certified mechanic for many years and have alot of experience with hondas and acuras and repairing collision damage. So I inpected the car and the rear end was fine. No suspension damage at all and the trunk and doors all open and close fine with no issues. the tire wear is fine with no evidence of tweaked suspension or frame issues. I drove it and it runs like a champ. 104K miles. Perfect black leather interior and the paint is nice too. So I bought it, the guy wanted 7 but I talked him down to 5k Cash. I love this car. It really is nice and fast too. I plan on ordering the Type S aero kit and some larger rims, lowering springs, either eibach or h&r. The car came with tsx rims which I think look pretty good on it. The stock cd player/changer was jammed and broken so I replaced it the day I got it with a Sony CDX-GT730UI head unit and installed the dash kit and it came out really nice and sounds alright with the stock speakers. Plans to change all that out later.
