I forgot, I also have OEM mudguards which will be removed if I am able to obtain an OEM body kit. Also, correction to above: previous owner took it in for recall work, not warranty work. Transmission is fine, never had any problems, hopefully will stay that way!

Nubie. As of now, I've owned my car about a week. Car is stock, and is staying that way.

Ellcapitan (Jon).

Job: Locomotive Engineer.

Location: Beacon NY.

Car: '03 TL-S Satin Silver. 44000 miles. Original tranny, w/ oil pump mod recall done. Wing, mud guards, 6-disc changer, no navi, no Onstar.

Mods: None. I'll be adding Sirius satellite radio, and likely upgrade the (miserably subpar) brakes. Tires are new on car when purchased; Sumitomo HTR+. (Very good ride, very quiet, and well-priced; I would have probably picked the same tires.)

Likes and dislikes of car (so far):
PROS: Comfort, ride, looks (I like it better than the 3rd gen's), interior material quality, power, smooth tranny (as long as it stays that way), perfect seats, stock Bose stereo surprisingly not too bad, Type-S silver gauges, three-body trunk, fuel mileage vs. power, engine sounds like a police car under power, surprisingly heavy depreciation (better for me), Acura's customer service, Jessica.

CONS: Living in fear of impending tranny failure (well, not really, but you're always paying attention to what that damn tranny's doing), mushy unresponsive brakes, premium gas, belt vs. chain, glass fog light lenses, no folding rear seats, handling not bad but could be a lot better (I also own a Miata, so this may not be a fair observation), no little luxury car things like a built-in compass or mileage or miles-to-empty indicators, small moonroof, moonroof switch location (I still can't understand why Honda does this), goofy four-spoke steering wheel, steering wheel controls not backlit (surprising, considering everything else is), expensive dealer service and parts, key remotes start looking beat up in no time--they'll get scratched if you even just look at them the wrong way, ...I'm thinking..., did I mention the brakes? (If my Miata's brakes suddenly acted the same way, it'd mean something TERRIBLE has happened to the braking system!)

It sounds like a lot of cons, but the pros easily outweigh them (as long as that tranny holds up), and I'm actually very happy w/ the car.
