New and need advice and help TL 2000
I'm new on here and I've seen nice TL's and they look great. I have a 2000 3.2 TL and was wondering if anyone can help me out by answering my questions and giving advice. Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area.
Acura 2000 3.2 TL
I seen someone with a 3rd Generation steering wheel in a 2nd generation TL i was wondering where I can buy it and how can it be installed?
Is it possible to add a 3rd generation radio and navigation system in a 2nd generation TL?
How do i take out the headlights of my '00 TL and clean the head lights and change the bulb?
How do i drop my car about 1 inch? How much does it cost
Biggest one I've always wanted to know : how to i open the dash or cluster gauges ( i dont know what their exactly called ) to i can change the white lights to blue led lights inside the car?
Problems:
When i drive, the motor or the wheels tend to shake when i hit a small bump on the road. Anyone know how to fix?
The Gas pedal, is it possible to make it feel smooth like a brand new car?
If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. I'm new I know, and i want to get into cars more.

first stop is the diy list,,3rd item down the main gen2 thread titles
OFFICIAL DIY yadayada
thats in sections by type of work-mods, like the headlight lens cleaning
or take apart to modify it,,cabin air filter change, brakes bearings etc
suggest new hid kit with your bulbs- we have an issue with the ballast and moisture, so its worth fixing now -59$! for all you need from www.hidextra.com
you need to do the egr port and passage cleaning, with that you can lube throttle cables inside their housing= same as a bike cable, lube return spring, clean throttle plate,
lube pedal spring (put rag under)
ck motor mounts, front and pass side common failure
front leaks its own oil and causes vac leak!
could need brakes or wheel balance, alignment etc
have a private honda acura type shop look it over for you
50 bucks is better than free,, for getting an honest evaluation
different radio-nav systems,,ck the special area on audio for suggestions
new updated nav disc for yours are 150$
register as new owner and ask if all recalls are done at 1 800 382 2238x5
and www.owners.acura.com gets you a free download of the owner operator book
