Hey everyone my name is Dan and just signed up!
Having trouble diagnosing my 02 TL. Intermittent crank no start. When it doesn't start, the green key immobilizer doesn't illuminate on the dash. When I'd toggle with the wires underneath the dash I could get it to start.

Long story short I accidentally disconnected a wire going to the main relay. Not thinking that the relay could be my problem I decided to remove and inspect. Sure enough the solders were cracked with heat marks (which would explain intermittent starts). Only problem now is I didnt take a picture of the wires before I disconnected them from relay 😲 . . Can someone direct me to a wiring diagram that shows what wires connect to the relay pins? Thanks!

So you took wires out of the brown connector that plugs into the relay?

Thanks so much . . I put the new relay in and it didn't fix immobilizer problem. I checked to make sure relay works and it does. Was almost positive the main relay was the issue due to cracks and heat mark on board. Replaced ignition switch awhile ago also. Will keep you guys posted.
