Need help with timing belt noise

Hey guys my 2002 tl type s has had a wobbling sound coming from the timing belt area around 2000 rpm but as soon as I go over that it goes away, any ideas? Timing belt tensioners? Gears? Timing belt wear? I replaced the crank pulley and it got rid of some vibration but I’m still getting the noise and it’s decently loud. TIA

Might be time belt auto tensioner but thats more of a knocking than wobble

thats what I was thinking but I just pulled the crank pulley off again and I’m seeing that has been cutting into the plastic casing, is there supposed to be a spacer for the pulley to sit on?

so I pulled the crank pulley off again and found out that the pulley has been grinding against the oil pan and the plastic cover for the timing belt, is there supposed to be a spacer for the crank pulley?

the crankpulley is new from dorman and I see part number 13, it doesn’t look like I have that but it says it’s a guide? It looks like a pulley spacer to me

also is the belt guide supposed to fit over top of the spline that the pulley sits on

If you don't have #13 (timing belt guide plate), then that could be your issue. Make sure to install it, in the order the instructions display, with the concave surface facing out.
