My fog lights are not working! WTF?

The green LED in the fog light button does not light up, and the foglights are not working either.

Best thing to do is to check the fuse first.. then go from there..

you were right - it was the fuse, except there was nothing wrong with the fuse. I pulled it out and put another 20 A one in (temporarily borrowed from VAS position) - lights started working. Then I put the VSA fuse back into the VSA position and put the original fog lights fuse into the fog lights position - lights worked.

So I don't know why it quit working before - got loose?

If I were you though, i would be careful about messing around with the VSA fuse. I mean the VSA is a pretty advanced system, if you fool around with the mechanics of it, it could potentially cause you an accident due to malfunctioning. I mean the fog lights, are just lights, but when your talking about a safety system, I personally would have a mechanic do it.

Just my opinion, glad to hear all went well.

take care.

When the VSA system malfunctions, it is suppose to disable the whole system, just like it doesn't exist at all.
