I have a 2003 Acura TL month ago the transmission went had a rebuilt one put in. NOW the 1399 code popped up. I cleaned up the carbon build up on the upper plenum, adjusted valves, new plugs NGK IR, new coils. Runs good for about 8 - 10 miles then runs like crap again and throws the code again. HELP ME PLEASE

Seems like once it goes into closed loop it throws a code. Bad 02 sensor??
