Loud vibrating noise at 65mph+

Hi all, I have a '01 TL and recently got a couple new tires and an alignment. When I got the car back I notice a very loud noise coming from the front passenger tire area (see attached video). It only happens if I take the car above 65mph. I took it back to the mechanic who performed the alignment and he couldn't find anything wrong. I have since take it to 3 other mechanics and none have come to any conclusion as to what could be happening. Any thoughts from the group here?
