5-10 seconds after I start my car I hear an electrical motor turn on. Sometimes it turns on a second time as I shift into gear. I seems to have a slight acceleration problem that goes away after about 3- 4 minutes of driving. When I let me foot off the gas and press the pedal, sometimes the hesitation goes away. Anyone know if this could be the actuator sticking?

The noise is normal and not connected to your acceleration problem.

Really no one has ever had this issue? I I let it Idle for a few minutes and rev the engine a couple times I don't have any hesitation issues. 2 days ago I finally got a code for my bank one o2 sensor. The next day the CEL reset it self. Strange.

Any thoughts?

I don't have the same car as you, and i'm running completely catless.
it's not strange at all that the o2 sensor CEL comes on and off. as stated, i'm running catless and i'm using a defouler to trick the o2 sensor, it's just a spacer to lift the o2 senser above the stream.
Since you've gotten the code for the o2 sensor, have you thought about replacing the oxygen sensor? this sensor measures the oxygen in the exhaust stream to give inputs to the car's ECU..the ECU can than adjust fuel with those inputs.
might be where your hesitation is coming from?

Hmm okay I'll start there. I wasn't sure if someone thought this may be a fuel related sensor or signs of a fuel pump going out. I also thought the avatar listed my model and make.

I have a 2003 Acura TL type S 136k on the clock. 6month old rebuilt transmission. New plugs and coil packs all around.

It can be fuel related! however, the car is giving you a hint with the code and it's best to start there.
that's how I would tackle the problem, anyway!
Since I have a different car than you, I have 4 02 sensors. I believe you only have 2 and reading the check engine light with an OBDII reader will give you the exact location of the o2 sensor.

FYI, there are at least 4 different power trains for the 2g TL. Likewise, your avatar is not a Type S.

DTC would be a great place to start. My second choice would be you have low fuel pressure... Leaking injector or defective FPR.
