input on getting rims/kit

so my 03 tl-s went back into the shop today to get work done on the transmission once again. i was going to get rims and a body kit for it, but not sure if it a good idea to invest in it if im not sure how long im going to have it. I would like the car to look good, but don't want to waste the money. Thoughts?

it is probably not the best idea to invest in the car, especially if it is having continual transmission problems.

but if you REALLY want it to look good, you could always get the mods and then part out the car down the road for only a small hit. its up to you though, does it seem worth it to you?

We will be making a nice splitter kit similar to this for the 2nd Gen TL, it will cost under $500 for the full kit:

enjoy your car on the reasonable suspension and tires it has now
drop it and lower aspect tire say 40-45 series.. and you will feel the road a lot more,,and I mean a LOT more

If you do your own labor and swapping stock struts back is no biggie- then do all you want to the car- take it off at resale time and make several other ziners happy giving things a new hone

Later when its time for an upgrade (because the TL is `heavily damaged` or more trans issues out of warranty) - get a different car with a good trans OR a great warranty
I dont mind a problem now and then as long as its fully covered
who can say no to a loaner car hehehehehe

You are going to get a broad amount of answers here.. Do what you like but one thing most can agree on is do it tastefully. Dont reduce you cars luxury status to looking like it hung with too many fast and furious civics if you follow where i'm going. If it were ME i'd do OEM body kit from acura with a 18in silver set of ron jons. Again if it wer MY car. So do what YOU like. but don't follow everyone and in the end you feel piss because members are flaming you for how ugly it looks...lol.

2010 Acura tsx

Im new to the Acura community and I have a 2010 acura tsx. Is it possible to switch the grill from the original one to this one on this pic? And if so where will I be able to get one. I truly love my car but im not a fan of the grill as much.

But you could likely find the grill at the Ron Jon website.
